This is a often asked question: Yale YDR41 versus Gateman G-Swipe. So this is a short review for the Yale YDR41 digital lock.
After 4 years, Yale finally manage to copy Gateman G-Swipe and called theirs Yale YDR41 biometrics sliding hook digital lock. This is understandable if you know the history how Yale build up their digital lock portfolio. Yale's parent company Assa Abloy went to Korea to acquire Korea's #1 digital lock manufacturer iRevo which makes the Gateman brand of digital locks. In fact, many of Yale's models are derived from Gateman and so are Yale's accessories including bluetooth receiver and even mobile app Yale Link.

Sadly, there is nothing to review. The Yale YDR41 looks and operates like a re-branded Gateman G-Swipe. So it makes sense to get the "original" lock ie. Gateman G-Swipe and at a much cheaper price! Also, we can trust Gateman will be 4 years ahead of Yale in firmware updates and accessories.
The Gateman, being the original, is also much cheaper.
