The Lockin X1 is no slouch; it is the few with an integrated fingerprint scanner on the handle itself - so with just one hand placement, you can verify your finger and open the door. The same Mijia app administers both locks. While this does not have the gate to door sync capability, many of us like to keep our door and gate independent so that the thief has double the effort to unlock :-).
