(International Edition 2023) The Aqara D200i is a very secure smart door lock featuring ergonomic design and extensive smart features. It supports multiple ways to unlock: face, PIN codes, NFC tags and mechanical keys. It also allows setting up of temporary one-time-use pin code and periodic time pin codes. New capability includes support for Apple Home Key* so you can simply tap your phone or watch on your door lock to unlock. *Note: Some functions require additional requirements. Why Aqara D200i Singapore International Edition and not Aqara China domestic models?
The Aqara D200i Singapore International edition is an upgrade to the Chinese domestic Aqara D200 model. The latter does not support remote unlocking amongst other things. There are also risks of Chinese domestic models being electronically blocked from overseas use resulting in lock being inoperable. For peace of mind, we suggest strongly the Singapore International version. Contact us to discuss your requirements, inquire on product or book an installation appointment.

The Aqara D200 smart lock supports multiple user profiles, each with their own face, pin codes, and NFC devices. Users can be set with different access levels. Store up to 50 faces, 50 PIN codes, and 25 NFC devices. As part of your smart home, the smart lock can also be locked and unlocked with the Aqara Home app, even remotely* [*Aqara Hub required].
In addition, the Aqara D200 also supports temporary PIN code. Time based pin codes can also be scheduled to allow entry on specific days and time.
User management is easily configured through the Aqara Home app. Adding or removing individual PINs, fingerprints, and NFC cards is straightforward and easy.
Out of power? No problem. The Aqara D200 is fully functional – it can lock and unlock even without battery power. Simply use the mechanical key. Alternatively, charge it up temporarily with the USB-C port and a powerbank to unlock from the outside.

wHAT ARE THE OPTIONAL aCCESSORIES and services?
These are not included in the Aqara D200i (stand-alone usage) price:
- NFC tags which can be purchased from Interlock if some users such as elderly folks require the tags.
- An Aqara Hub for remote connectivity to Aqara D200i and integration with Apple Homekit / Home Key, Google Assist
- Integration services for home automation platforms (can be provided by Interlock partners).
what zigbee hub SUPPORTS the Lock? IS it REQUIRED?
Aqara hub is not needed:
- for D200i standalone use i.e. Aqara Home App with bluetooth connection to D200i lock.
- for D200i use with Apple Homekit
(however, a hub is recommended for enhanced remote operations via Aqara App and Aqara Hub)
- when D200i remote functions are needed (see other FAQ item)
- when D200i is used with Google Assist
- for automation with other aqara devices
Note: D200i works only with Aqara Zigbee 3.0 Hubs, namely: Aqara models M1S, M2 hub, G2H, G3, E1. Older Aqara Hub is not supported. Non-Aqara Zigbee hubs are not supported.
What are the pre-requisites for Apple Homekit integration?
The Aqara D200i lock works with Apple HomeKit and Apple Home Key technology.
Apple Homekit Support:
An Aqara Hub is not required for Apple Homekit integration but it is recommended for enhanced remote Aqara D200i lock functions via Aqara App (see related FAQ below).
Apple Homekit Support:
- Controlling this HomeKit-enabled Aqara D200i lock away from home or for automation would require an Apple Home hub, which is an Apple TV (generation 4 with tvOS 12.0+), an iPad (with iOS 12.0+) or a HomePod.
- Apple HomeKit is required to be in place. Refer to Apple HomeKit documentation.
- User devices: iPhone iOS 15 or higher or an Apple Watch OS 8 or higher is required.
- After adding the Aqara D200i Smart Door Lock to Apple HomeKit, a virtual door card (an Apple Home Key) will be generated in the Apple Wallet.
- The Aqara D200i Apple Home Key will automatically appear on users' devices when they are invited into the homekit setup.
An Aqara Hub is not required for Apple Homekit integration but it is recommended for enhanced remote Aqara D200i lock functions via Aqara App (see related FAQ below).

Unless stated otherwise, following remote functions require connectivity setup to Aqara D200 via Aqara Hub.

- Remote Periodic-Time pin code via Aqara Home App.
- Remote notifications and logs on Aqara Home App.
- Remote unlock via Aqara Home App, Apple Homekit, Google Assist.

What type of time based pin code is supported?
- One-Time-Use pin code valid for 20 mins can be created (via Aqara Home App).
- Periodic-Time (start date/time - end date/time) pin code can be created (via Aqara Home App)
